Wrangler Start/Stop Install
Previously installed 4D unit on 2025 Durango in 5 min with no problem. Just ord & installed a 4D unit for friend's Wrangler -- I have XXL mitts & had BIG problems on removal & install unlike the 4D video I watched 5+ times.
Helpful Hints on removal: Had to secure a wire tie on the gang of wires on the plug that is to be removed. Pop the retainer with left hand & then pull the wire tie to remove the plug. That was the easy part.
Helpful Hint on installing 4d hardware: 1st install 4D plug back into Durango female plug in dash. Used very long needle nose pliers to initially seat the plug & then pushed on rear of 4D plug with same pliers to seat & hear the click of the retainer. The female end of the 4D plug into the Durango male connector was no problem.
Doing this method initially, would have saved me hrs. Good luck. -

2024 Jeep Wrangler start/stop eliminator
I have already installed a eliminator on my 2025 Ford Explorer ST. Now it's time to install one on my 2024 Jeep Wrangler. Easy install in less than a 2 minutes. Easy install
The install document mentions that you don't have to remove the lower dash panel to access the security gateway. While I guess this is possible if you have small hands, but mine required removing the panel.
Either way, the product works as advertised and installed quickly. -
