- All of our in stock products are ready to ship from our warehouse in the USA.
- Orders for in stock items placed before 3 PM eastern time will ship same day.

- We ship to the USA and Canada only and our packages are sent signature required.
- Shipments are not able to be re-directed by the customer after being sent.

- We require a physical shipping address and can not ship to P.O Boxes or Freight Forwarders.
- We take no responsibility for stolen packages - please ensure that the shipping address is secure.

- All orders will be assigned a tracking number. You will be emailed the tracking number once the shipping label is created. This can be tracked via the link in the email or directly on the carriers website.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping option you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

All orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped via a carrier of our choice. Typical transit time for a order using free shipping is 3-6 business days (ground economy shipping). You must choose this option during checkout and it only applies to orders within the continental USA.
Coupons / Sales
Any offers are valid on online purchases made before date listed in promotion. To redeem online promotion cod, must be entered at checkout and is valid for one-time use only. Sales tax, shipping & handling do not qualify for discount. This offer is not redeemable for cash or gift cards, nor is it valid toward previous purchases. All of our products carry a one year warranty from date of purchase unless otherwise noted in the product listing. We do not offer extended warranties. At our discretion, we will repair or replace any product found to be defective. The warranty excludes all software related issues and potential issues related resulting from manufacturer supplies software updates. We are not responsible for professional fees related to removal or re-installation of any product. It is the customer's responsibility for shipping costs to us - we will cover return shipping.
We offer hassle free returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the product price. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). In cases where we offer an advanced exchange as an additional option for customer convenience, we may require a refundable deposit. We are not responsible for shipping costs or professional fees related to installation, removal or re-installation of any product. Special orders and Digital media (map cards, CD's, etc.) are not refundable for any reason. CANopener Flash programmers are not refundable as they become "locked" to the vehicle / device in which they are connected.
Please allow up to 5 business days for any refund to be processed after received by our returns department for full inspection. This return policy is null & void if product(s) have been tampered with or modified. We reserve the right to reject a return if there is damage or excessive use / wear.
If you need to return an item, please request a return via email, or call us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Buyback Program / Core Charges
The payment for modules returned as a core or purchased by 4D Tech Inc. will be in the form of a refund to the original purchase method - purchase price will be shown in the product listings. Modules must be from a 2013 or newer vehicle, have a 2013 or newer production date and be in good working condition without physical damage to be eligible. If hardware is sent in that does not meet this criteria, it will be discarded without notice. Please allow up to 5 business days for any buy back to be processed after received by our shipping and receiving department for full inspection. 4D Tech, Inc. reserves the right to discontinue the Buy Back program at any time without notice. If the program is discontinued, Buy Backs for any outstanding orders at that time will be honored as long as the old module is returned within 60 days of the order ship date.
Modules returned as a core or purchased as part of the Buy Back program become sole property of 4D tech, Inc. upon issuance of the refund amount. If under the 30 day guarantee, it is deemed necessary to return the vehicle to its original form, 4D Tech, Inc. retains the right to provide an equivalent piece of hardware if the original is no longer able to be returned. This is the only provision for returning a purchased piece of hardware back to a customer.
