Information you provide
When you shop or contact us, we may receive your name, contact and shipping details, product choices, order history, and messages you send to our team. Some vehicle-specific products ask for a VIN so we can confirm fitment, configure or program the product, and provide support. We use the VIN for those vehicle and support purposes.
VIN and vehicle information
On product pages that offer VIN checking, your browser sends a completed VIN to the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's vehicle decoder to identify basic vehicle information. For applicable Ford products and support work, we may use the VIN to retrieve vehicle information from Ford. If you place an order with a VIN, it is stored with that order so we can prepare the product and help you later. We keep order records for support and business recordkeeping; you can contact us to ask us to review information we hold about you.
Orders, delivery, and support
We use order information to process payment, calculate tax and shipping, fulfill your order, send order and delivery updates, and respond to support requests. To do this, information is handled by our ecommerce platform and the providers involved in payment, tax, fulfillment, delivery, and customer support. The information shared depends on the service needed for your order.
Reviews, offers, and stock notices
BigCommerce sends product-review invitations after eligible orders. Those invitations are separate from order updates and promotional email, and include an unsubscribe option for future native review invitations. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email to send product news and sales information, with an unsubscribe link in those messages. If you request an in-stock notification or choose to verify eligibility for a discount, the relevant service uses the information you submit for that request. We do not treat a newsletter preference as a product-review preference.
Site measurement
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the storefront and where the shopping experience can be improved. The site also uses technology needed to operate the cart and checkout. Our cookie notice describes the choices available when you visit.
Your questions and requests

We will verify that the request comes from the right person and review it under the law that applies. We may need to retain some information in order and support records for legitimate business or legal reasons.
