- 2011 - 2016 Ford and Lincoln vehicles with the MyFord / MyLincoln Touch systems. This will not work for Clarion HDD based systems or SYNC3. (If it is not on the list below, this screen will NOT work).
NOTE: If you have a 11-13' Edge or Explorer with a black/blank screen, and no audio plays from the radio when you press the power button, it is likely NOT the screen that needs to be replaced. In almost all cases the SYNC module (APIM) is at fault as they have a very high failure rate. You can find the replacement APIM HERE.
NOTE: After installing a replacement screen, please follow the screen alignment procedure outlined HERE.

Excellent company

Touch Screen
Your product is 5 Stars, if I had taken my lap top and put it in the passengers seat to view the video, this would have been a 20 minute job! I installed the new touch screen, started the car and everything worked just like it did when the car was new! great product!

Easy replacement and great customer service
Originally received incorrect unit from unit ordered but after contacting customer was immediately sent correct unit and return label for incorrect unit.
Unit was received well packaged, easy to replace and powered up perfectly on installation. -

Great Product, and install is easier than it looks
The replacement unit was well packaged and in perfect shape.
When I first watched the You Tube install video, I was worried about trying it myself. They mentioned removing the pass. side air bag. Well, It was a breeze and took less then 45 minutes. I had the laptop on the front seat as a guide which helped a lot. -

This was exactly what we needed to replace the broken screen in our 2016 F350 and it only took about 15 to install. The Ford dealer quoted us $1,400 to replace and install a new unit.

Def worth the money
[The dealer] wanted 800 plus a core fee of 150 cause my screen wasn't [covered under warranty]. Bought this one, follow a YouTube install video and I swear it works better than the stock one. So happy with this. I was scared my truck was screwed ... I was ecstatic this worked. This is definitely a direct replacement. If your screen goes out or the touch fails will buy every time from 4D Tech.

Ford servicer wanted $800 + to repair my cracked touch screen. 4DTech had the exact replacement for my 2013 Escape, Fast delivery and took about 25 minutes to replace the cracked one. Looks and works great.
