How do I calibrate a SYNC 2 touchscreen when touches register in the wrong place?

With the vehicle parked, use this procedure for SYNC 2:

1. Turn on the radio and select AM/FM mode.
2. Press and hold Eject, then press Seek Up within one second.
3. Press and hold Seek Down to enter touchscreen calibration.
4. Touch and hold each target as it appears. A stylus is not required.
5. When the screen reports that new calibration settings have been measured and asks you to accept them, touch anywhere on the screen to accept.

If the procedure does not start or the touchscreen still registers touches incorrectly, contact us with your vehicle and system details.
