NOTE: If you have a 11-13' Edge or Explorer with a black/blank screen, and no audio plays from the radio when you press the power button, it is likely NOT the screen that needs to be replaced. In almost all cases the SYNC module (APIM) is at fault as they have a very high failure rate. You can find the replacement APIM HERE.

Looks and Works like the original!!
With your you tube video it took the unknown out of the job. Screen was exactly the same as the FOMO that came out of the old one. Trim tool was the ticket to get to the hold down screws. Thanks for the help to take the guess work out of it.

First unit was damaged in shipping. Contacted the company and was taken care of right away. Got the next unit and works perfect. First went to the dealer and was told the part was on a 2mo back order. Got the part from 4dtech in just days with standard shipping. Very happy!

Don’t trust the dealership
