How it works
The device remembers your Start / Stop preference between drives. Use the factory Start / Stop button to change your selection.
Factory remote start continues to work with the Start / Stop Eliminator installed.

- 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 & 2026 Hyundai Tucson (US VEHICLES ONLY - CANADIAN VEHICLES WILL NOT WORK).
Not compatible with hybrid models.

- Remove the trim surrounding the shifter by hand. Install inline with the factory Start / Stop Switch.

2026 Hyundai Tucson Stop/Start Eliminator
Worked after install. Hope it lasts the life of the vehicle. Great not to have to hit on/off button again! ?. Removing trim was a P.I.A but manageable. Here's a tip: Turn car to ON and move the shifter lever forward or backward as needed to help with better access and to aid in removal and re-install of trim!!

Works great, but needs better instructions
Works great, but could use better instructions and troubleshooting guide. Originally, I didn't get the connector fully seated and it set a warning for the emergency brake. After re-seating the connector i had the cycle the emergency brake on and off a few times to clear the dash fault light.

Tucson Start/Stop Elimator
Easy to install provided that you follow the instructions that come with the Eliminator. The Eliminator permanently keeps the "Auto Start/Stop "feature" off until use the Auto/ Start/Stop button to turn it back on.

so far its working as advertised cheaper than replacing a starter my only issue is an extra C O D charge of $ 70 CANADIAN for duties and tax. beware a $99 US part will end up cost over $200 CANADIAN

This product is working just as advertised. I love not having to press the button every time I start the vehicle. The only issue was not having the proper tool to open the plate for installation, which made it time consuming. Maybe provide the tool in the package in the future.
