These additional terms explain vehicle applications, offers, and software supplied with certain products. See our separate pages for shipping, returns, warranty, and privacy.
Vehicle applications
Our products are designed for vehicles built for the USA and Canada. Before ordering, review the fitment details and any exclusions on the product listing. If you are unsure which system your vehicle currently has, contact us before purchasing a vehicle-specific kit.
Discounts and promotions
Each offer states its eligible products, dates, and any required code. Enter a code at checkout when the offer requires one. Discounts apply to eligible merchandise and do not reduce tax or shipping charges unless the offer says otherwise. Offers are not redeemable for cash or previous purchases.
If you return an item from a discounted order and the items you keep no longer qualify for that discount, we recalculate the refund as explained in our Returns & refunds policy.
Ford software
Some upgrade kits contain Ford-supplied software. Its use is subject to the applicable Ford license terms. See Ford's terms and conditions for Ford's current software terms, and refer to any terms supplied with your vehicle or kit.
