    2020 Hyundai Santa Fe

Not being able to turn off the start/stop feature is the most infuriating thing! This part arrived quick, easy install, and works as described. I’m so thankful I found this company’s product.

Best Investment. I can't stand that rediculous auto shut off I don't know who car makers and trying to lie to but they need to discontinue this system EPA or not EPA compliant this feature is a headache. Buy one o fthis devices and have a Peace of Mind!

Hyundai Santa Fe (24-26) Start/Stop Eliminator

Posted by FTMarriott on Feb 23rd 2026

Product works as designed and installation was fairly smooth. The trim strips on the sides of the console were in really tight and one side partially cracked during removal. Not sure I could have prevented the crack.

    Stop/start Eliminator [Caution]

Posted by Rich on Nov 11th 2025

Instruction video on youtube is great. Unfortunately the orange clips that pop the control panel loose are fragile plastic. Both simply broke off. Fortunately you can still pop the panel loose. You have to stick a flat screwdriver into the slots where the tabs were and push up into the slot to release and raise each corner of the panel. Be very careful! It was quite a sinking feeling when the tabs broke on my one year old Santa Fe! Beware.

    Broke receiver clips

Posted by Ted on Jul 30th 2025

Install started great as I had some heavy duty trim removal tools. But got stalled trying to remove the radio. Broke two clips getting it out. Installed unit backwards but it doesn't seem to matter as it works perfectly. Damaged clips doesnt seem to cause any problems so I'm ultimately happy with my purchase. I HATE the mandatory start/stop feature so THANKS for making this product

Great idea and (fairly) easy to install

Got mine and put it right in. Biggest challenge was getting the HVAC panel to pop loose. So excited to not have to press the dang button every time I turn on my Santa Fe. Thanks!!!!
