FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
- Q – “I have manual climate and the bottom right corner of my screen just has the date. Will this add the on screen controls?”
- A – No. There is not a cost effective way to add automatic climate control.
- Q – “Will this add SYNC Connect / FordPass controls from my phone?”
- A – No. SYNC Connect is a separate modem optioned in some vehicles. We do not currently offer a kit to add this functionality.
- Q – “Will this kit void my factory warranty?”
- A – No. This kit will not void your vehicle warranty. Although Ford will not warranty the components in our kit, we do for one full year!
- Q – “Can I still update the SYNC software when updates are available?”
- A – Yes. You will still be able to update SYNC via USB thumb drive from our software updates page HERE.
- Q – “Will this kit affect my SiriusXM subscription?”
- A – No. SiriusXM subscriptions are NOT affected by our kit - your SiriusXM ID will remain the same.
**Regardless if your SYNC 2 system is navigation equipped or not, you will need to select "Navigation Version" option under "Kit Options" if you would like SYNC 3 to have navigation.

2015 F250 SYNC 3 upgrade kit
Shipped fast. Great video instructions. Everything fit perfectly and came right up when turned on. Absolutely plug-n-play. I didn’t have the navigation option on my SYNC 2, but went ahead and put it in this new SYNC 3 upgrade. Works great. This kit was a little more expensive than some of the Chinese kits, but knowing these guys are in the US and in the same time zone, made the price a little more palatable. Plus they gave a great Military/Veteran discount. The only thing that makes me mad is I didn’t upgrade sooner. Very satisfied and happy with my purchase.

Sync 3 Upgrade
I have s Ford 250 Super Duty, install was. Ert easy, just follow their excellent video. Unit came right up and worked really well. Slight glitch when using Apple Maps, txt them, they were very responsive and professional, turned out it was corrupted software on my phone. Replaced the Apple Maps and everything fine. The important part to me was that they were there to help. Great product, great company.

2013 f350 sync 3 upgrade
Had a bad problem with the radio black screening and this fixed it with a great upgrade also, waze apps works through the USB, highly recommended product very easy plug and play install

Easy upgrade for Navigation
Follow the instructions, watch the video. No problem. If you are adding it to a F250 and the usb ports are in the upper dash and you don't like cables everywhere, i installed a remote usb in a 12v plug. Works great. Oh and if you dont have hd radio before you will not have it with just this unit. It will not add anything you didn't have assigned to your VIN except the navigation if you choose that option. Works good though.

Purchased the sync 2 to sync 3 upgrade kit, received within a few days and had it installed in 15-20 minutes. Their detailed video instructions were spot on. Great product, and their support is awesome as well !

SYNC 3 UPGRADE
It took very little time to get the parts and very easy to install. When i got the Sync 3 installed the radio didnt work so i emailed them and they got back to me on a Sunday and gave me a tip to fix the problem. It worked. The problem was the ACM needed to be unpluged for 15 min to reset it.
