- Remove the lower trim panel to access the two screws securing the mid climate panel. Remove the upper "Frontier" trim panel above the mid climate panel. Remove mid climate panel and disconnect the connector at the back of the start / stop switch. Install inline with the factory Start / Stop Off Switch and the power point.
- NOTE: The ENGINE START STOP switch uses the same electrical connector and is in close proximity to the AUTO OFF switch. DO NOT CONFUSE THESE TWO SWITCHES. Our product plugs in line with the AUTO OFF switch.
- Will it work? - The start/stop eliminator had been tested on on all the models and years listed above.
- Issues or loss of functionality? - It will not cause any issues or impact any factory features.

Start stop elimination
It was great after I struggled to get the bottom piece off my frontier. Everything else came apart pretty easy course. You're always worried about screwing up something on a new vehicle, but everything went just fine. I'm not mechanically savvy, so I had to watch the video a few times just to make sure I did all the plug and play correctly. I'm so glad that

Strat stop eliminator
Work like a charm. There is only one issue and is a YouTube video that points out to him it incorrectly. And i believe this is due to the model he is working on. I have a 2026 Frontier and it’s hooked to the on off switch. If you do do, it works perfect.
Im giving it 4 stars because i feel it’s a bit pricey… -
Does exactly what it's supposed to do.
Installation was quick and easy and the installation video on the website made it even easier. Overall, I think it might have taken 10-15 minutes total, and that only because I was taking my time so as not to scratch anything. Once installed, the device does exactly what it's supposed to do and keeps the "Auto Start" disabled by default. No more pressing the button every time I start my truck.

The start / stop Eliminator was an easy 10-minute install, simple plug & play. Works as advertised so I don't have to think about manually disabling the annoying feature.

Easy to install and works as desired
I watched the installation video and it took me maybe 10 minutes to install this. It could be installed faster, but my truck is only a few days old, so I wanted to take my time and avoid scratching or breaking anything. Once installed, it does exactly what it's supposed to do and disables the universally hated auto stop "feature."
