Tahoe (21-25') Start / Stop Eliminator

Instructions were detailed and awesome. Easy install. Works flawlessly. I'm so glad I found this item as I can't hate the factory auto start/stop feature more than I do.

Installation video was helpful, everything seems to be working as it should. Glad we don't have to deal with this annoying feature anymore.

Today I installed the 4D Tech Start / Stop Eliminator cable to for 2 main reasons, 1st to save from wearing out an expensive car battery. We live in Houston where the heat is extremely tough on car batteries. 2nd, it's annoying to have to turn it off every time you start the vehicle.

Works well

1st thing I bought for my '23 Tahoe in Feb, 2023. Fast and easy install after watching video. Zero problems as of Aug, 2024.

I hate the auto stop feature. This was easy to install, works perfect and was shipped super fast!

The lock handle on the harness would not twist. We had to switch it with the green handle on the factory harness and then just clip the start stop harness into the factory harness. It appears GM may have slightly changed design. We are not sure. Everything other than that works as advertised

[4D Tech] Thank you for your review! The connector was not changed. The cam lock design required it to be seated perfectly and can be very stiff. Remember, the cam lock needs to be fully open and pressed into the mating connector until the camlock moves at least 45 degrees on its own before using the cam lock to draw it in the rest of the way.
