NOTE: If you have a 11-12' Edge or Explorer with a black/blank screen, it is likely NOT the screen that needs to be replaced. In almost all cases the SYNC module (APIM) is at fault as they have a very high failure rate. You can find the replacement APIM HERE.

Insanely satisfied with this product. Cracked my screen tthree months ago tried get ford to replace under warranty but they wouldnt and wanted crazy price for a new screen. I replaced the screen of my truck because....lets just say I am not tech friendly. This screen works better than the old one. The only think I wish is that they would tell you that it will take a few times fo the system booting before all the functions will work on the screen. It took 4 starts before the heated and cooked seat function would start to work. Bill on Oct 9th 2017
Great experience dealing with this company to provide the replacement screen for my Taurus SHO Sync 2 system. Original screen arrived with a small and undetectable crack in the screen. I contacted 4D tech via email and called and immediately received a replacement the next day so that I could hit my deadline. Great communication and service from start to finish. Your product is 5 Stars, if I had taken my lap top and put it in the passengers seat to view the video, this would have been a 20 minute job! I installed the new touch screen, started the car and everything worked just like it did when the car was new! great product!

Originally received incorrect unit from unit ordered but after contacting customer was immediately sent correct unit and return label for incorrect unit.
Unit was received well packaged, easy to replace and powered up perfectly on installation. Unknown on Mar 26th 2017
